Train for the day, $15 no membership

One visit, the whole floor, paid at the desk. It does not start a membership, so there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

Who buys one

For the people a free pass cannot help

Visiting Mesa
A free pass needs an Arizona driver’s licence or state ID, so it is no use to somebody here for a week. A day pass takes any US photo ID.
A guest of a member
A Green member brings a guest as often as they like. A White member cannot, but can buy one a day pass at the desk.
Coming back
A free pass is one per person, and that includes anyone who has trained here before or been a member. A day pass has no such limit.

What to bring

  • A US photo ID. Any state, unlike the free pass.
  • Proper gym clothing and closed-toe shoes.
  • A lock, if you want a locker. The gym does not lend them.

When you can buy one

A day pass is bought at the desk, so it is available while the desk is staffed rather than around the clock. The desk is staffed 7am to 9pm on weekdays and 7am to 7pm at weekends.

What it gets you

The whole floor, the same as a member. Nothing on it costs extra to walk onto.

  • Free weights
  • Powerlifting
  • Machines and circuit
  • Cardio
  • HIIT turf
  • Boxing bags

Coming more than once?

Coming twice? Two day passes cost more than the first month of a White membership, which is month to month with no fee to cancel. If you are in Mesa for a while rather than a weekend, join instead and stop when you like.

Live in Mesa and never trained here? The free pass is the better start, and it runs longer. It needs an Arizona driver’s licence or state ID. About the free pass
