Claim a free pass

Rather not call? Leave your details and somebody will get back to you to sort out a time to come in.

The pass gets you the whole floor: free weights, the platforms, machines, cardio, the bags and the turf. Ask the desk whether a pass covers the classes too, or put the question in the message below.

What a free pass gets you, and the terms

Who can claim one: 18 on your own or under 18 with a legal guardian; an Arizona driver’s licence or state ID; one per person.

Visiting Mesa, or a member here before? A day pass is $15 and takes any US photo ID. About the day pass

The message is optional. The rest we need.

We use it for your pass: the booking and what to bring.

The desk calls to book your first visit.

The desk keeps what you send so it can follow up. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.

What each one is

Ass & Abs

A glute and core class built on strength work. Each session opens with a hard strength circuit, moves into a Pilates-inspired booty burn and finishes with a core circuit. The exercises change every week and always work the glutes, legs and core. Expect to lift.

What it costs

Nothing on top of a membership

Group classes are included with a membership. Both memberships cover them, so there is nothing extra to pay to join one.
