We want everyone to be able to use the Fitness Haus website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we have done
Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator. The color pairs the site uses for text are measured against the WCAG AA contrast thresholds as part of every build, so a color change that fails them cannot be published. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Forms have visible labels. Text can be resized to 200 percent without losing content. Animation is switched off for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
What we know needs work
The video behind the home page heading plays on its own and has no pause button. It stops if your device is set to reduce motion, and it carries no information that is not also written on the page, but a visible control is the right answer and it is on the list.
