Something to ask when the desk is closed
By Fitness Haus

The gym is open all night. The front desk is not, and the hours in between are where most unanswered questions sit. Somebody coming off a late shift wants to know whether they can get in now, what a pass actually covers, or whether the membership they have had for three years still works under the new name. By the time the desk opens they have usually stopped wondering and gone somewhere else.
So there is a guide on this site now, called Hausmate. Ask it something and it answers out of these pages, in the same words the desk would use, at whatever hour the question turned up.
What it will and will not do
It reads this site and nothing else. When the answer is on a page here, it finds it and says which page it came from. When it is not, it says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible. That distinction matters more than it sounds. A confident wrong answer about who is allowed to use a pass is somebody turned away at the door on a Saturday morning.
It can also fill in the free pass form for you and hand it back to check before anything is sent. It does not send anything on your behalf, and it knows nothing about you that you have not typed.
To try it, look for the Ask Hausmate button in the corner of any page on this site.
Where the answers come from
Your question, together with the published text of this site, goes to Anthropic to be answered. That is written on the card before you type a word, and the privacy page sets it out in full. The conversation itself stays in your own browser tab. Nothing about it is kept on our side, and closing the tab is the end of it.
What to ask it
Mostly the things the desk gets asked anyway: when you can get in, what each membership covers, what to bring the first time, how a pass works. If it cannot help, the questions page has the same answers written out, and contact has the people.
